My goal is to help you balance your blood sugar, lose weight, and maintain these changes without focusing all your energy on what you can or cannot eat. We achieve this by building habits and routines that serve as the foundations supporting your health.

For most of us the status of our relationship with food is so damn complicated… I am with you.

I understand the complexities of our relationship with food, especially when managing diabetes. I believe in progress over perfection and avoiding overly restrictive approaches that take away the joy from life. Together, we can take small steps towards healthier habits, starting from where you are now and gradually building your confidence and foundations for better health.

As your diabetes health coach, I will support you without judgment, holding you accountable, cheering you on, and challenging you to grow at your own pace. I won't tell you what to do, but rather guide you in exploring new possibilities and stepping out of your comfort zone.
